Overall, I feel pretty good about the performance so far. I do observe a bit of cannibalization of organic sales at the launch of scaling the PPC, but it seems to only cause organic sales to dip for a little bit before returning to around normal organic sales or going up in organic sales vs before. It makes sense to me why this effect happens from an SEO point of view.
