Launch With Velocity, Rank Without Risking the Account
A new ASIN has no sales history, no reviews, and no ranking signal. We build launch momentum the way Amazon rewards — advertising velocity, conversion-ready listings, and legitimate review generation — so the product climbs and stays there.

Ranking Is a Consequence, Not a Service You Can Buy
Amazon ranks products that convert. Sales velocity on a keyword, conversion rate against the shoppers who see you, and relevance between the query and the listing — those are the inputs. Everything legitimate that moves ranking works by improving one of the three. Anything promising to move ranking without touching them is manipulating the signal, and Amazon has become very good at detecting exactly that.
The Levers That Actually Move Ranking
Conversion-Ready Listing First
Nothing launches until the listing converts. Sending traffic to a weak page burns budget and teaches Amazon your product does not convert on those keywords.
Keyword Prioritisation
We identify which terms are winnable at launch and which need authority first, then concentrate velocity on the winnable set rather than spreading it thin.
PPC-Driven Velocity
Aggressive, structured advertising on target keywords generates the sales history that organic ranking is built from — the legitimate engine of a launch.
Amazon Vine & Review Strategy
Review generation through Vine and Amazon's own request mechanisms, which builds the social proof new listings lack without touching incentivised reviews.
Coupons, Deals & Promotions
Amazon's native promotional tools lift conversion rate during the critical early window when you have no reviews to rely on.
External Traffic
Qualified off-Amazon traffic from paid social, influencers, and Amazon DSP, routed properly so it supports rather than distorts your conversion metrics.
What We Will Not Do
Search-find-buy schemes, rebate and refund manipulation, incentivised reviews, and two-step ranking URLs are all sold widely as "ranking services." They can produce a short-term position jump. They are also against Amazon's Terms of Service, and the consequences — listing suppression, review purges, account termination — land on the seller, not the agency that recommended them.
We do not offer them, and we will tell you plainly if a competitor's proposal contains them. A launch strategy is only worth having if the account survives it.
We also do not guarantee specific ranking positions. Anyone who does is either manipulating the signal or guessing.

Six Phases From Pre-Launch to Defended Position
Pre-Launch Audit
Keyword research, competitive analysis, and margin modelling to establish which terms are realistically winnable and what the launch can afford to spend.
Listing & Creative Build
Title, bullets, backend terms, image set, and A+ modules built to convert before a single ad runs.
Inventory & Pricing Check
Launches fail on stockouts more often than on strategy. We confirm inventory depth and launch pricing can sustain the planned velocity.
Velocity Phase
Structured PPC across the priority keyword set, supported by coupons and deals, with Vine enrolled to build early review volume.
Organic Transition
As organic rank establishes, we step down paid dependency deliberately rather than all at once, so the position holds.
Defend & Expand
Ongoing optimisation, competitor conquesting, and expansion into the secondary keyword set once the primary terms are held.
Amazon Launch & Ranking Questions
How long does it take to rank a new product on Amazon?
For a moderately competitive keyword, expect eight to twelve weeks to establish a defensible page-one position, and longer in saturated categories. The variables are competitive density, your review velocity, your conversion rate, and how much launch budget can sustain paid velocity while organic builds. Anyone quoting a fixed timeline without seeing your category is guessing.
Do you guarantee page-one rankings?
No. Ranking is determined by Amazon's algorithm in response to competitive conditions we do not control, and the only way to "guarantee" a position is to manipulate the signal — which is against Amazon's Terms of Service and puts your account at risk. We commit to the strategy, the execution, and transparent reporting on movement.
What is search-find-buy, and why won't you do it?
Search-find-buy involves directing people to search a target keyword and purchase your product to simulate organic demand, usually compensated through rebates. It violates Amazon's Terms of Service. Amazon detects these patterns, and the consequences fall on the seller account — suppression, review removal, or termination. The short-term ranking gain is not worth the account.
Can we get reviews faster during launch?
Yes, through legitimate routes. Amazon Vine provides reviews from enrolled reviewers on new products, and Amazon's own review request function can be used systematically. Both are compliant. Incentivised reviews, review groups, and paid reviews are not, and Amazon's detection of them has improved considerably.
How much budget does an Amazon launch need?
It depends on category CPCs, your price point, and how many keywords you are targeting. The realistic framing is that launch advertising usually runs at a loss for the first several weeks, because you are buying sales history rather than profit. We model this against your margins before launch so the number is a decision, not a surprise.
Should we launch at a discount?
Often yes, but deliberately. A launch discount lifts conversion rate when you have no reviews, which supports ranking. The risk is anchoring buyers to the low price and struggling to raise it later. We model the discount depth and the step-up schedule as part of the launch plan.
Does external traffic help ranking?
Qualified external traffic can help, because it drives sales velocity and Amazon has historically rewarded off-platform demand. The critical word is qualified. Sending untargeted traffic that browses and leaves damages your conversion rate, which works against ranking rather than for it.
Can you relaunch a product that stalled?
Yes, and it is common work. A stalled ASIN usually has a diagnosable cause — weak conversion rate, wrong keyword targeting, review deficit, pricing, or inventory history. We audit first and fix the actual cause rather than throwing advertising spend at a listing that is not converting.
